Spots are definitely my number 1 dislike. They come about at the worst times, like when you have a special occasion to go to and want to look your best! I used to wince when I looked in the mirror and the reflection staring back at me was blemished in the most non-discreet way possible.. well that is until I found Origins Super Spot Remover!
I’ve been wanting to talk about the Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair serum for a really long time! However I wanted the chance to really get to know it first before I gave my opinions as this is quite a luxurious product!
British skin care guru Liz Earle has developed a huge line of products over the years, and up until recently includes the launch of a new cosmetics range. That being said there is one product in particular which always has tongues wagging, and that’s the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish Cleanser.
Ok so this month has been a rather plentiful month,and you will have seen the numerous products that I’ve picked up from several magazines. WELL I’ve added another to the list - Leighton Denny Plush Pink Nail Polish which came with July’s issue of Harpers Bazaar.
Eyeshadows – I love to play around with them as much as the next person, but ultimately for me, nothing beats a good neutral colour which you can just swipe on to give your eyes a hint of sparkle! I have a growing collection of earthy, brown/bronze shades and have recently added a new one to the family, the Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24 Hour eyeshadow.
It’s been a few weeks since I last did an Instagram post, I certainly have my quiet moments when it comes to taking photos! However I did manage to take a few pics this week and thought I’d share them with you! I really must remember to use Instagram more 
Lets Go False Eyelashes Review
As you may have noticed from my reviews on mascaras, my eye lashes are pretty short, straight and sparse. I long for bodacious, luscious lashes and am still on the quest for that miracle product. Until that day comes I like to wear falsies to give my lashes that much need oomph! I received these Let’s Go Lashes in May’s GlossyBox – The Anniversary Box and because I’m headed to TOWIB (The Only Way Is Blogging event) on Saturday, I thought I’d whip them out in preparation!
Lip balm is one of those essentials that every makeup bag needs. Lip balms can be glossy, others are tinted but the key is to keep lips hydrated and moisturised. I got this Figs and Rouge lip balm in April’s GlossyBox – The Nautral Box and have had it in my bag ever since!
I like most women in the world I’m sure, am always on a quest to find the perfect mascara, one that will give me more length and make my lashes look fuller and voluminous!
I last raved about Giorgio Armani’s Eyes To Kill mascara which is one of my Holy Grail mascaras! It gives me length, volume and can hold the curl for an exceptionally long time. Nonetheless it’s always good to have a second alternative so when I saw that Glamour magazine were giving away Benefit goodies, which included Bad Gal Lash mascara I couldn’t resist!
Continuing on with this month’s magazine goodies, I also picked up a copy of Marie Claire which came with a choice of 3 full sized (13.5ml bottle) Ciate nail polishes in the shades: Bon Bon, Jelly Bean and Purple Sherbet. I chose the latter, Purple Sherbet.
