100 Day Spending Ban Week 7 Update

This week is the 7th week of my 100 Day Spending Ban and I’m now half way through the challenge, yay! So I’ve been incredibly good this week but I did almost have a moment of weakness this weekend when I popped into town and wandered the shops.

100 Day Spending Ban Week 7 Update

The Debenhams in my home town has been through quite a lot of refurbishment in the last couple of years so the whole shopping experience has been much more enjoyable especially in the makeup/skincare department. While they’ve made it much easier to approach their counters, it was also tempting for me at this point because there were so many nice things just staring back at me *sob*.

Dior was where I lingered for far longer than I should’ve done and I’ve now fallen in love with the Dior Glow Maximiser and Dior Creme de Rose lip balm.

Browsing Chanel’s offerings didn’t help to ease the temptation either and now I’ve got my eye on the Chanel Le Beiges Healthy Glow Sheer Powder.

I also checked out the Urban Decay Naked 3 palette. It was a palette which I haven’t really wanted since the release but for some reason now I’m thinking it might be nice to have it in my collection to add a bit of variety to the colour of my eyeshadows? This sounds to me a bit like a ‘shopaholic who hasn’t spent money in so long and is now starting to feel it’ delirium.

This was more an update combined with a wish list, but I hope you enjoyed reading all the same! :)

Now that’s another week down and only 7 more to go.

If you’re on a spending ban, let me know how it’s going in the comments below? :)

Love Sophia xo

This looks like a fantastic idea, I think I will definitely have to do it! Don’t know if I would be able to fight temptation though :p x

It is quite tough, but definitely worth giving it a go! :) I’ve found it’s been good for me to use up a lot of products which I may not normally use. :) x
