I think the Revlon Lip Butters were the most anticipated lipstick launch of 2012, therefore it’s no surprise that a year on they’re still causing quite the stir amongst the blogosphere! I like many cannot pass up an opportunity to take advantage of the Boots 3 for 2 offer so on my most recent trip I couldn’t resist picking up 2 more shades, Sweet Tart and Watermelon (review to follow!)
Every woman needs to have that one good red lipstick in their life. One which gives your lips just the right amount of oompf and makes you stand out from the crowd. Well I think I’ve found mine and it comes in the form of Revlon’s Ultimate Suede lipstick in shade 095 Finale!
I know this product is much talked about at the moment and whilst I tried hard to resist, I too ended up jumping on the band wagon and purchasing the Rimmel Apocalips lip lacquers!

As part of my ongoing love of all shades purple, I’ve picked up a new lipstick which is perfect for autumn/winter and that is the MAC Rebel Lipstick.

I bought this Yves Saint Laurent Rouge Volupte Nude Beige lipstick a while ago and after having a little clear out during the week I stumbled upon it again, so thought it would be a good chance to review it!

Initially I was excited by the prospect of the Revlon Lip Butters that the Rouge Caresse lipsticks went straight to the back of my mind.
This weekend I’m excited to say that I have purchased my first ever MAC lipstick! I’ve never considered MAC as a go to brand for lipsticks especially with brands such as L’Oreal, Revlon and Rimmel who have an extensive offering of lipsticks already. However lately I’ve come across a fair few reviews about them so in order to see if they live up to their hype, I decided to buy one and chose the shade ‘Cut A Caper’.
