I’ve been loyal to the Emma Hardie Cleansing Balm for quite some time, but when I ran out of yet another jar I decided just as a change to pick up something new! I was browsing in Space NK (as dangerous as that is!) and after divulging the sales assistant in my skin care concerns, she recommended me the Sarah Chapman Ultimate Cleanse Cleanser!
I get through moisturiser in a rather rapid rate, mainly because my skin can get a bit dry especially on my cheeks and chin! Now with the weather having perked up I thought it about time to bring out the lighter moisturisers (that and my Norwegian Formula Moisture Balm had run out!) so I went for the Simple Hydrating Light Moisturiser.
Over the months I’ve gone from not using any products in my hair (other than shampoo and conditioner) to using sea salt sprays, wax and the like! With the increased amount of product being applied to my locks, it meant that I needed to balance it out by using a clarifying shampoo and that was when I decided on the Phyto Clarifying Detox Shampoo.
Out of all makeup products I think I vary my powder products the least. Once I become loyal to a blusher or loose powder I tend to stick with it and it takes quite a bit for me to start changing it up! Highlighters, especially a powder one is a product I’ve not owned before until now when I picked up the Laura Mercier Matte Radiance Baked Powder.
As I’m accustomed to having showers instead of baths, I’ve developed a bit of a penchant for buying shower products! It may not be the most exciting purchase, but for me choosing a nice shower gel is just as important as buying the right shade of blush or foundation. In recent weeks I took a trip to the much talked about store, & Other Stories and of course I couldn’t leave empty handed so came away with the & Other Stories Shinjuku Bloom Body Wash.
