Queen Eye Restore Cream Review
After running out of the Eysilix eye cream, I was on the look out for something new and was given the opportunity to try the Queen Eye Restore Cream*.
Queen cosmetics is a brand which is new to me, but they’ve actually been around for more than 80 years; specialising in sensitive skin.
The Eye Restore cream claims to “soothe red, puffy eyes while reducing the appearance of expression lines and wrinkles.” In terms of wrinkles I’m quite fortunate that I don’t have many yet, but with the tiny lines that I do have I’ve noticed they’re more smoothed out and my eye area is well moisturised.
It has a pump which I find much more convenient for dispensing product and of course it’s more sanitary, but the glass bottle makes it slightly more weighty in my makeup bag so it’s not as travel friendly as it could be.
The cream is gel based so it’s very light and soothing on the skin, but I’ve found it does take a bit of patting in before it has completely absorbed.
On the whole it’s a reasonable eye cream if wrinkles and puffiness are your main concerns, but I think I personally need one which can also tackle dark under eye circles because that’s what I suffer from the most!
The Queen Cosmetics Eye Restore cream costs £24.50 for 25ml, but there’s also a smaller 5ml version for £5.95 and both can be bought directly from their website.
Have you tried any products from Queen Cosmetics?
