Collection 2000 Cream Puff Lip Cream Review

I hope you’ve all been having a great week! I can’t believe it’s Friday and the weekend is literally on our doorsteps. I’ve got a lot to look forward to this weekend and the following week so I’m very excited right now! I will reveal all later on folks, so stay tuned 😉 Anyway, back to the product in question – Collection 2000’s Cream Puff Lip Creams. This is the 3rd item that I purchased from Collection 2000’s make up range when I took advantage of Boots 3 for 2 offer across all Collection 2000 products. To refresh your memories I have also reviewed the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer and Collection 2000 Powder Blush.

This has got to be one of the most talked about Lip Creams of the moment, but I mean, why wouldn’t they be? They’re bloody amazing! The Cream Puff Lip Cream reminds me of a lipstick, and when applied appears matt on the lips. I find that the Lip Creams keep my lips quite hydrated too throughout the day. What I particularly love though about these Lip Creams is that they’re long lasting and don’t budge easily. So whether you’re eating, drinking or snogging these Creams are up to the challenge!

The Cream Puff Lip Creams come with a simple lip gloss applicator and although they may look tiny, there’s a lot more packed in there than you may think! I’ve used it several times now and don’t even feel like I’ve made a dent in it at all!

The Lip Creams are a steal at £2.99! As I mentioned before, I love how fairly priced Collection 2000 cosmetics are, so big thumbs up from me!

The best thing of all however, has to be the smell. It is divine ♥ It’s like applying marshmallows and candy floss to your lips and smells so delicious! If it wasn’t for the fact it’s bad for me, I’d happily eat it.

The colour I picked up is ‘Fairy Cake’ and I also recently purchased ‘Powder Puff’ (because I just couldn’t resist!) There’s also 2 other shades available, ‘Cotton Candy’ and ‘Angel Delight’. Fairy Cake is a lush coral like pink. I find it gives my lips just the perfect touch of pink and it all looks very natural. I love how it feels like you’re not wearing anything on your lips either. I really don’t like that feeling you get when a lipstick or gloss is sliding around on your lips, so it’s all a bit sticky and slimy. It makes me want to just wipe the whole lot off! Luckily I feel only the opposite when using these Cream Puff Lip Creams. ♥
