Max Factor Lipfinity Lip Tint Review

I hope you’ve all been having a great week đ I can’t believe we’re into February already, time is going by so fast! Anyway, I just wanted to give my opinion on a product which has been on the market for a while now. I actually got it for my birthday last month though so here’s my Max Factor’s Lipfinity Lip Tint Review!
I have always been intrigued to try Max Factor’s Lipfinity Lip Tint, but had never got round to it. I’d heard some great things about it so I was really excited when it featured in my Birthday Box!
The colour I received is 04 Berry Burst and it’s a lovely dark, raspberry pink colour. It smells just like berries too which was really appetising on my lips!
The packaging of the Max Factor Lipfinity Lip Tint reminds me of a chunky pen and the applicator is a replica of a felt tip! This is certainly different, but still interesting I guess compared to a traditional lipstick or sponge tip wand applicator.
Upon first application though I found it a little strange, being so used to Lipsticks, Lip Creams and Balms which have a smooth creamy texture which you can glide across your lips. I also like to outline my lips first and then fill them in, so applying Max Factor’s Lipfinity Lip Tint felt more like colouring in than wearing makeup!
The colour looks quite natural on the lips which I was initially impressed with and the good news is that it doesn’t budge much when you’re eating or drinking! If I happened to pressed my lips together I noticed that it was a little sticky which I wasn’t overly pleased with. Also upon closer inspection, from where the colour wasn’t fully blended into my lips it looked like they were bleeding which was a bit worrying! Overall I’m a little disappointed with Max Factor’s Lipfinity Lip Tint. I had higher hopes for it having read some really nice reviews about it, but sadly it was not meant to be! This will be my second disappointment by Max Factor đ I had previously tried their Smoky Eye Effect Eyeshadow which didn’t turn out as great either!
