Christmas Party Makeup Tutorial
Hi guys!
I’m just following on from my Christmas Party Makeup post a few days ago! Now this is my first proper tutorial so I hope you all like my Christmas Party Makeup Tutorial! =)
Step 1) Apply Ubran Decay Primer Potion all over your eye lid and your bottom lash line, blend with your finger. Using a Sigma E60 Large Shader brush, dab into ‘Half Baked’ from Urban Decay’s Naked Palette and apply to the inner part of your eye.
Step 2) Using the other side of the brush, pick up some of the ‘Mossy Green’ eyeshadow from Rimmel’s Glam Eyes Trio in Tempting and apply to the outer corner of your eye in the shape of a ‘V’. With a Laura Mercier Smudge Brush or equivalent, apply some green to the lower lash line.
Step 3) From the Original Sleek Makeup Palette, use the same large shader brush as before to apply some of the shimmery Gold all over the already applied ‘Half Baked’.
Step 4) Also pat some of the Leafy Green shade over the Mossy Green eyeshadow on the outer corner of your eye.
Step 5) Using a Sigma F70 Concealer brush or similar, pick up the tiniest bit of Barry M Dazzle Dust in Winter Berry (88) to the centre of the eye.
Step 6) Blend out all harsh edges using a MAC 224 Tapered Blending Brush. Line the eyes your preferred way with your favourite eye liner, I’m using MAC Fluidline in Blacktrack. I personally like to flick my eyeliner out at the ends to create a Cat Eye shape.
Step 7) Curl lashes using the Shu Uemura Eye Lash Curler and apply a coat of Fairydrops Platinum Mascara. Let this dry and apply false lashes. I use Shu Uemura Eye Lash Glue (the only glue I’ll ever use!) and Rosy Rosa Eye Lashes. Curl your lashes again to blend your real lashes and false lashes together.
Step 8 ) Using a small brush (here I’m using Sigma L05 Lip brush) I applied some ‘half baked’ along the lower lash line near the inner corner of your eye.
Step 9) Next apply your foundation and lipstick and look completed =)
Hope you all have a great Christmas!
Love Sophia xo
