Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser Review
With the glorious sunshine also comes the need to shower multiple times a day in order to stay fresh! So needless to say trying to apply moisturiser after a nice cool shower, for me just makes me hot and sticky all over again! However since using the Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser, I’ve been able to shower and stay moisturised – best of both worlds.
I bought this when I was browsing the beauty aisle of the supermarket (very glamorous!). Having seen the ads, I had been a little sceptical about how this “in shower body moisturiser” concept would work but still decided to give it the benefit of the doubt. I’m so glad I did because I really love it!
There are 2 versions, one for ‘dry skin’ and the other for ‘normal skin’. I decided on the one for dry skin so I had the opportunity of seeing how moisturising it really is. The packaging is very Nivea – Navy blue squeezy bottle with white text.
To use, all you have to do is shower and once cleansed, just apply the in shower moisturiser as you would normal moisturiser!
At first I found it all a bit strange.. Whilst this moisturiser felt like normal moisturiser, when you applied to the skin it literally melted away and didn’t feel like it was being absorbed at all! You also have to rinse it off so it seems like you’re washing away all the product. However once you’re dry you realise the amazing effects. My skin definitely felt moisturised (which will be from the almond oil), soft and best of all, not sticky!
The Nivea In Shower Body Moisturiser is priced at around £3.50 which I think is a bargain! I’ll definitely be repurchasing when I run out. I’ve also noticed it saves me a lot of time during my night time skin and body routine which is always a bonus, and means I get more beauty sleep! 🙂

Wow! I’ve never tried this product before, but it seems really cool! Do you know if this is available in the US? Also do you think this product really helps with keeping your body moisturized? Or was it because of the almond oil, or wait, is the almond oil an ingredient in the product, oops haha a little confused? Did you use this product on your face too? Thanks!! 🙂

Heyyy, yeah it’s an interesting product and definitely worth giving a try. It saves you quite bit of time and yes it does keep the body moisturised without feeling greasy! I’m unsure if it’s available in the US but if I find it I’ll send you a link. And it’s the almond oil that helps to keep the body moisturised and I only used it on my body, not my face. 🙂 xx
