First of all I would like to wish you all a very Happy New Year! =) Hope 2012 brings you all lots of love, happiness and success! Can’t believe it’s already the 3rd January, time sure is flying by already.. Anyway! I just wanted to share with you my thoughts on this little gem, Collection 2000’s Lasting Perfection Concealer. I picked this Concealer up after receiving several recommendations and wanted to see what all the fuss was about, and it certainly lives up to the hype!

I can honestly say that I will not be using any concealer other than this one from now on. It really is amazing! I used it a few times before the Christmas holidays began but didn’t really notice the effects. Since then though I’ve been using this religiously post Christmas and New Year festivities and it really has done the trick in covering up those dark circles and blemishes! I hardly ever use concealer, but the late nights have finally caught up with me and I have woken up looking and feeling quite ghastly! This Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer has really given me a confidence boost and makes me look a lot more refreshed and awake. It lasts a heck of a long time too! So it is true to its word when it promises up to 16 hour wear, meaning no need for touch ups!

The concealer comes in a slender tube with a wand applicator which resembles that of a lipgloss wand. A little goes a long way with this concealer so don’t go crazy when applying this or you’ll end up with a really cakey finish. I’ve also found that the Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer dries rather quickly, so I tend to apply and cover one area at a time. I blend in the concealer using a Concealer brush as I find you can cover problem areas more precisely and there is more even coverage.

The Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection Concealer comes in 4 different shades, Light, Fair, Medium and Deep. Here I’m using shade ‘Medium’ but as always it’s best to swatch the colours yourself so you can see which one suits you best. This concealer is a complete steal at £4.19 per tube! It’s perfect for stocking up and distributing between handbags or even leave one at your desk at work for when you’ve had one too many late nights.
