Tigi S Factor Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner Review
I have been a devoted Aussie fan for a long time but after coming across Zoella‘s post on her favourite hair care, I was really enthused about trying the Tigi S Factor Smoothing Shampoo and Conditioner!
Since I hadn’t tried it before I opted for the smaller, 200ml bottles and this came as part of a set along with the Tigi S Factor Smoothing Cream.
The scent is one of the best things about this shampoo and conditioner! It smells just like candy and strawberries, much like the Lusterizer Smoothing Cream so I needn’t worry about my hair not ever smelling nice! Consistency wise the shampoo comes out a little more solid than my usual Aussie shampoo and looked a bit more gellish. Working it into my hair took some getting used to at first and I found it didn’t lather up as quickly.
Oh and the one thing I disliked the most ?….THE PACKAGING! It’s excessively large in comparison to other bottles, there are sharpish corners and it’s just generally awkward to hold. Overall not very user friendly.
Despite my gripe with the packaging, I must say the end results are nothing short of fantastic! When dry, my hair is very silky soft and so smoothed out and didn’t feel heavy. It gives my hair a nice gloss too which I’m sure I’m not alone in saying that it’s something everyone looks for in hair care!
So all in all I’m happy with my purchase, but the packaging needs a serious rethink! Now that I’m a fan of these products, I can safely say that when I run out, I will be purchasing the salon sized 750ml bottles which come in normal bottles and with a pump!
Have you tried the Tigi S Factor range? What brand of hair care are you using at the moment? Any products to recommend?
