So Susan Lip Cushion Review

Sometimes I like to ditch my lipsticks and keep it simple by wearing a lip balm or gloss. The So Susan Lip Cushion (I think it’s been re-branded from Jelly Pong Pong) came in August’s Jolie Box, and as I am a bit of sucker for cute things, this was one of the first things I couldn’t wait to try out!

The Lip Cushion comes in a small jar with shiny gold lid – perfect size for your handbag!

It’s a raspberry coloured gloss, but applies with a very subtle pink hue which is close to colourless on the lips. There’s also some tiny glittery specks thrown in for fun too!

So Susan Lip Cushion is a smooth, jelly like consistency combined with a springy, elasticated touch. It doesn’t leave a tacky sticky feeling on your lips as you can sometimes get with glosses and there is a gorgeous juicy fruit scent which lingers.

It costs £6 which is just about average for a lip gloss these days. I always find that I never use up my products that quickly anyway so I think it’s pretty good value for money! I haven’t been able to find it online for purchase other than on the  Jolie Box website. If anyone knows of any stockists, please do let me know!

Have you tried the So Susan Lip Cushion? Do you have any products by Jelly Pong Pong?

Love Sophia xo

Hey Sophia, great blog, the lipblam looks so cute, and love the way its packaged! Lip Balms are a girls best friend, and I will definitely give this a try! Has this been your favorite lip balm so far, or are there any others you’d recommend? 🙂

I wouldn’t say the So Susan Lip Cushion is my favourite, but it’s been nice to use! To be honest, for me nothing beats Vaseline and I also really like Burt’s Bees lip balm! 🙂

I get through lip balm always too quickly so this looks like a good option. I’ve been studying how to get rid of moles lately and I’ve heard that lip balm actually helps. So will give this a go, thankyou 😀

I didn’t realise lip balm helps with mole removal, but thanks for sharing and I hope it helps! 🙂 x
