Favourite Winter Nail Polishes

When I’m having a chill out day at home one of my favourite things to do is paint my nails. Despite loving bright colours in the spring/summer my winter nail polishes tend to be all rich, dark shades and here’s some of my current favourites!

O.P.I Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue
Undoubtedly one of my favourite blues of all time. Unfor-Greta-Bly Blue is slightly turquoise and reminds me of the blue that you get in M&Ms. It’s packed with tiny tiny flecks of shimmer and looks gorgeous when it catches the light!

O.P.I Yoga-Ta Get This Blue
This is a beautiful royal blue shade which looks almost black in dark lighting. It’s also got lots of shimmer which make it that extra bit opulent!

Maybelline Forever Strong Nail Polish
In the winter as well as blue I also love the colour purple and this one by Maybelline just hits the right notes! In case you hadn’t noticed already I’m a big fan of shimmer and these tiny glittery sparkles makes my nails look fun but sophisticated at the same time!

Nails Inc Tate
This is the only non glittery nail polish of the lot, but that’s ok because this red is a classic and is quite simply “the perfect red”! It has a lovely glossy finish as well making it that much more glamorous when worn.

Chanel Malice
This was from Chanel’s holiday collection last year and I still can’t get over how much I love it! It gives your nails such a vampy edge and the burgundy red is also very festive, perfect for Christmas!
