Rush Blogger Meet

2 weeks ago on the 3rd October I was so excited to be able to attend the Rush Blogger Meet as organised by Becky and Laura.

The meet up was held at House Of Rush on Piccadilly and they couldn’t have picked a nicer venue! Of all the hair salons I’ve visited in the past, House Of Rush definitely set the bar very high with their luxurious decor.

As well as bloggers the Rush team were also on hand to answer any questions and we were well informed of their products with brands including Keratase, Shu Uemura and L’oreal for hair and Elemis and Bliss for skin!

There were also little beauty treatments which were taking place throughout the evening. Treatments included a 5 minute Bliss Oxygen Facial which is little jets of cool air sprayed over your face. At first I was a little apprehensive because I was worried about my makeup, but rest assured it’s definitely makeup friendly. My face felt slightly damp throughout the process but my makeup didn’t smudge and you emerge from the chair thoroughly refreshed, just what I needed after a long day!

If you wanted some additional pampering you could also get your nails done by House of Rush nail technicians. I naturally indulged and had a lovely O.P.I manicure!

House Of Rush also work with Epsom Skin Clinics to offer non surgical beauty enhancing treatments such as Botox and Fillers. There was a demonstration available (which I unfortunately missed :() but was told it was a good opportunity to ask questions about the procedures and see the Botox treatment being administered first hand!

Overall I had a really great time and I met so many new bloggers including Dani from So Many Lovely Things, Sheen from Golden and Sheen, Carissa from Vanilla Crush, Annie from Annie Mac, Angelica from Love From Angelic, Olivia from Beauty from the Fjord to name a few 🙂
