100 Day Spending Ban Week 3 Update
So today is my 100 Day Spending Ban Week 3 Update and from my update last week I was actually doing incredibly well, until this weekend that is, doh!
Yesterday I found myself on Oxford St and having wanted to check out the H&M Home section I thought I’d take a peek, just a peek! However after much resisting I still ended up buying this cute little brush/pen holder. I’d been on the look out for a pot to hold my brushes for a while now and as there was only 1 left I knew I had to have it! At £1.99 it didn’t exactly break the bank but I am a little disappointed in myself at having broken the ban!
Unfortunately the brush holder was just the beginning as today after attending the Professional Beauty Show at the ExCeL Centre I came away with 2 more purchases; 2 Essie nail polishes. I didn’t actually feel as guilty about these purchases because I made a decent enough saving. Each nail polish was just £4.95 instead of the usual £7.99 so I made a saving of £6.08 which I think is considerably good!
So this week’s total spending is: £11.89 and with 11 weeks left I am going to try super hard to resist spending any more.
