Nail Of The Day: Leighton Denny Plush Pink Nail Polish Review
Ok so this month has been a rather plentiful month, and you will have seen the numerous products that I’ve picked up from several magazines. WELL I’ve added another to the list – Leighton Denny Plush Pink Nail Polish which came with July’s issue of Harpers Bazaar.
I’ve only recently started to get to know Leighton Denny nail polish having seen their appearances on popular shopping channel QVC (my mum is a bit of a fan!), so when I saw that Bazaar’s July issue came with a bottle of Leighton Denny nail polish I knew I couldn’t resist!
There were 3 shades available but I only had the choice of one – Plush Pink, and although I’ve seen swatches for Super Model and Coral Reef (which are both equally as pretty) I’m happy with my choice!
Plush Pink is an eye catching fuchsia pink shade with a lovely glossy finish.
As you may have seen from my previous nail polish posts I normally have to apply 2 coats for an even finish, but 1 coat of the Leighton Denny nail polish did such a wonderful job, there was no need for a 2nd coat!
It comes with a really sturdy brush and covers the surface of my nail in just 3 swipes – perfect if you’re in a hurry! The nail lacquer is really good quality, and has a medium consistency so it was easy to apply and not streaky.
Leighton Denny nail polishes retail at around £11 each which mirrors the price of Nails Inc nail polishes. As I said with Nails Inc polishes, due to the impressive quality of the nail polish itself it is certainly worth the £11 but it is a treat more than anything – This is definitely going to be coming with me on holiday this weekend! 🙂
So have you tried Leighton Denny nail polishes before? Did you pick up July’s Bazaar?
