Nail Of The Day: Topshop Waterlily Nail Polish Review

How is everyone? Wow, I can’t believe it’s the 1st May today! It means that we’re 1 month closer to summer, I can’t wait. 🙂

So today’s post is my Nail Of The Day featuring my new Topshop Waterlily nail polish!

I picked up this nail polish when I popped into town at the weekend! I’m quite into my pastels at the moment, so I wanted a nice shade to wear on my nails! I love Waterlily as it’s a very soft, pale lilac which has a slight pinky hue. Since I’ve been so run down from my cold, I definitely needed some colour to cheer me up!

The polish is a really nice consistency, not too thick and not too runny – just the way nail polish should be!

I really love the brush that comes with Topshop nail polishes. It’s slightly square so that when you apply the colour to your nails it goes on smoothly and evenly.

If you’ve read my Topshop ‘Sketch’ nail polish review, you’ll know that you really do need 2 coats to achieve perfect application!

To add a bit of ‘pizazz’ I decided to apply some Models Own ‘Ibiza Mix’ to create an accent nail. I LOVE Ibiza mix as well, review to follow! 🙂
