Montagne Jeunesse Break Out Mask Review
Since using the Origins Clear Improvement Mask I’m actually beginning to love using face masks! Applying the clay, letting it set and washing it all off is actually a very therapeutic process one of which I’m gradually incorporating into my weekly routine. This weekend I gave the Montagne Jeunesse Break Out Mask a whirl!
The Montagne Jeunesse Break Out Mask* is for “Problem Skin, Prone To Eruptions”. My skin is generally okay but it does have its temperamental moments depending on my diet, how much sleep I’ve had and sometimes even the weather. The sachet comes with 2 parts, the mask and the moisturiser.
To begin you use the thick, pastel green mud incorporated with “calming Tea Tree and soothing Canadian Willowherb” to deeply cleanse and unclog pores.
Leave for around 15-20 minutes until set then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Finish by applying the Tea Tree/Canadian Willowherb infused moisturiser.
Afterwards I noticed my skin feels quite refreshed and soft and there was no excess residue left over. I didn’t notice very much difference in terms of managing break outs, although it is a bit difficult to determine that from 1 mask.
At £1.49 a sachet I’d definitely give it another go at some point, but I’ve accumulated a few other masks which I’ll use up first!
Are you a fan of Montagne Jeunesse face masks? What other brands have you tried?
