Aeroplane Essentials
I’m off on holiday in less than a week’s time and haven’t even started packing yet, eek! I have on the other hand thought about what I’m going to take with me on the 13 hour flight and will be prepared with these aeroplane essentials!
Due to the lack of humidity your skin can easily become dehydrated so I’ve made sure I’ve packed my 50 ml Avene Thermal Spring Water to refresh and hydrate my skin every few hours.
Since it’s a long haul flight it’s the perfect opportunity to apply a face mask and I’m bringing along this BeautyMate Refining Smooth Nano Mask which I actually got from Hong Kong the last time I went. I’ll be sure to stock up on some more of these sheet masks because this one has been fantastic!
Moisturiser. This is an absolute must because my skin already gets dry quickly and with the lack of humidity, not using moisturiser will only speed that unpleasant process up. I normally use The Body Shop Vitamin E moisturiser but for the sake of keeping my bag light I’m taking this Balance Me Balancing Face Moisturiser.
When flying, not only does your complexion dry out but your hands can become parched too so I always make sure I carry hand cream. This is a lovely little Di Palmo White Grape & Aloe Hand Cream sample which I received in my BBloggersxmas goody bag.
To give me a warm glow I’ve got the Becca Beach Tint. It doubles up as a cheek and lip stain, and looks incredibly natural when applied. It also smells like watermelon too which is one of my favourite things about this tint.
No essential kit would be complete without some lip balm! I’ve decided to bring the Burt’s Bees Lip Balm to keep my lips feeling extra hydrated and soft. Definitely my favourite lip balm to date!
When I eventually land I want to make sure I’m looking fresh and awake so I’m taking my Dolly Wink eyeshadow palette with me. It has 3 neutral colours and a really dark brown to line the eyes. It even comes with a sponge applicator too which makes it one of the handiest palettes I have in my collection!
Well that’s it for my aeroplane essentials! I’m trying to keep my bag light so am literally bringing the products I’ll actually use rather than unnecessary things.
Are you going on holiday any time soon too? What do you normally pack for a flight? 🙂
Love Sophia xo
It has never crossed my mind to do a sheet mask on a flight, SUCH a good idea, and long haul flights are the perfect opportunity to do so! Have a lovely holiday~

I hardly ever go on long haul flights so never think to do a sheet mask! I’ve seen other gurus do them before though so thought I must remember this time 🙂 Thank you! I’m really looking forward to it! I haven’t started packing yet though, eek!
